研究方向:
致力于天然聚合物衍生物材料的结构设计与功能化,重点开展其在生物医药载体材料、创伤修复水凝胶及检测试剂等领域的应用研究。具体内容包括:以壳聚糖为原料,制备壳聚糖衍生物、壳聚糖衍生物纳米粒及壳聚糖复合纳米粒子等载体材料;开发壳聚糖季铵盐基创伤修复水凝胶;以及构建基于纳米材料的检测试剂体系。在材料设计过程中,注重从载体免疫性能、缓释性能、官能团化学结构、组成结构、表界面性能等多维度进行物性调控,实现递送载体材料的功能化与性能优化。
